Below we have listed important terms and conditions that apply to everyone who uses our services. These terms are necessary to protect both you and us, and to make our services accessible and easier for everyone.

REGISTRATION

​

 

You start a membership by registering through the payment provider ©Stripe.

 

In order to register, you enter your address details, your name, your telephone number and your email address. In addition, you choose a personal password. This password will be used in conjunction with your email address to log into the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your login details are not shared.

USER REQUIREMENTS

 

Legal entity

 

You may only use the services if you are authorized to enter into an agreement with path2one as an individual. If you are not authorized to enter into a contract, you are not authorized to use the Services. If you are not an individual, you represent that you represent a validly formed organization existing under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you have full authority and permission to enter into these Terms, and that you have duly authorized your representative to be bound by these Terms.

 

Individual

 

You, and thus all individual account holders, guarantee as a private person that the service is for personal use only. You must also enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and payment information correctly. You must update this information if it changes at any time. Be sure to do so if you've moved.

 

FEES AND SERVICES

 

You agree to pay path2one all fees for each service you purchase or use (including any additional fees) in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that service. If applicable, you will be billed via the billing method you selected as a logged in member.

 

If you have chosen to pay the fees by debit or credit card, you confirm that the credit card information you have provided is correct and that you will promptly notify path2one of any changes to such information. Fees paid by you will not be refunded except as provided in these Terms or as required by law.

Right of withdrawal

​

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for the consumer to cancel a purchase of a physical product. The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the goods. Contact us via chat or email for returns and complaints.

If you cancel your subscription, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days (see ch. 2. 1 and § 10 of the Distance Contracts Act) and the cancellation period begins on the day the agreement was entered into. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services or content that is available in other ways than on a physical medium, such as recordings, video conferences, music and computer programs that users download, stream, etc.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before service time, otherwise the full price of the service will be charged.

Price change

 

Path2one reserves the right to change fees. Path2one will provide you with advanced written notice if a promotion is taking place. You have the right to terminate the messaging service by writing an email to us.

SECURITY

 

When you use the service you send path2one content. By providing us with your content, you trust that we will treat it appropriately.

 

We do this by committing to the path2one privacy policy, which describes how we treat your content (including your personal information).

 

Your information is stored and processed in a manner that complies with industry security standards. Access to the premises where personal data is stored is restricted and employees must be identified for access.

 

Personal Information

 

With modern information technology and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, path2one processes and stores all customer data such as name, social security number and address information.

 

In order to inform you of changes, offers or anything else that may be related to your contact with us through various expressions of interest, your membership or subscription, path2one has the right to communicate with you via post, notifications, SMS, other forms of communication or e-mail.

 

Path2one will communicate with you via email when you subscribe. If you do not want to receive offers from path2one during the term of your subscription or after it ends, you can opt out of offers sent to you by email.

 

COPYRIGHT

 

The copyright and other rights to material you access through the service, such as images, text, download, storage or streaming from the path2one streaming service, belong to path2one.
